Re: Forgot to uninstall first

Install of an update failed because I forgot to uninstall the previous version. I then uninstalled the old version, but the install wizard tells me I still have a previous version installed. I’m stuck. Any suggestions? This isn't a question of great interest for the other users. Anyway, it is stran...

Re: Fader for Cue Level

How about if it were incorporated into the Cue sends mixer much as the Main out fader is. I find when using the cue mixer I miss the ability to control the overall output. When using the main mixer I always have an overall output control through the main out fader. This is definitely a good idea, p...

Thanks that's what I thought. Admittedly the cue level touch pad in DTouch control room is far better suited to touch than the Cubase fader but visually not as one would like.
OK, but a large fader would take a lot of space.

Re: Whats happening with Dtouch

Hi there, I see that Dtouch has been updated a few times since the summer, but cant seem to find anywhere a list of improvements / fixes ? Other than it now works with 10.5 Can you tell us if much is going on with Dtouch and what sort of things we can expect in the next few weeks and months ? Thing...

Re: Using channel visibility configurations.

You are right. We keep "secret" some functions during the development because often documenting them is more time-expensive than programming them. Keep in mind that very few of the users use the Python code because they aren't programmers. Sometimes we also include new "secret" functions to perform...

Re: Sharing: Metronome Macro Button

Created a metronome button that switches on when off and vice versa. Sharing for anyone that could use it. I don't know how to upload the .dat file, so here is the code. Please note, remove “(indent spaces)” in the code and just add a few spaces in there. # Macro Metronome metval = dtmacro.get_metr...

Re: Using channel visibility configurations.

I have seen some functions and statements within the macros that are not listed or described within the user guide. For instance, in the macro “Add 8 Mono Audio Tracks” there is a step that executes “update_dtouch_mixer_graphic()”. There are also others that I have found that are not listed in the ...

Re: Using channel visibility configurations.

Is there something that the DT Cubase User community can do to influence Steinberg to bring your interface back? I don't think so. In the best case we receive their answer to our SDK related questions with a delay of months  In many other cases we receive no answer :( Anyway, they have switch...
